Freezer Cooking: Salsa & Strawberry Jam

Okay, so I have decided to do all my cooking for the month of March at the end of this month. I have 35 meals planned for dinner as well as some freezer items for breakfast and lunch. I also plan on making my bread and freezing it. I will try to post the monthly menu for March as well as a few recipes to go along with my post. In wanted to post a few pics of what I made last week just to try to see how they taste, but my computer is acting weird. I never knew that homemade jam could be so tasty until I made some. I also made some salsa using canned diced tomatoes, next time I will make it using organic tomatoes. Till next time.
